Ginger is a Rhizome (root), used fresh or dried. Ginger has a peculiar strong pungent flavour. Dried ginger commonly used as a seasoning agent in Indian cuisines, especially Punjabi cuisines. Dried ginger is more aromatic than pungent fresh ginger. Ginger is called “Sonth”in Hindi. Babas Natural Basket Dried Ginger is made by drying fine quality farm fresh ginger cultivated in fertile plantations of Wayanad, abiding to strict organic methods.
