Mace is a unique kind of spice derived from the fruit of the Myristica fragrans tree i.e nutmeg fruit. Mace is a crimson coloured condiment, found as the leathery membrane covering the seed of the nutmeg fruit. The bright red mace when harvested and dried turns into a brightorange colour. Babas Natural Basket Mace is made from farm fresh nutmeg fruit, cultivated using organic farming methods, from the moist, fertile plantations of the Western Ghats.
